It is fully functional. I think it would be simple to fix, though soldering. You are checking out a used, vintage Alamo 2574 modular spring reverb from the 1960s 1970s in black tolex. This is a very nice piece.

The original pedal is present, but does not work. The reverb sounds really amazing.
