This unit is spotless. Research that I have done indicates that the other light only comes on during operation. I am unable to test the unit.

Original power cord is perfect.

Belonged to my dad. Since it has been in storage since 2009, the unit could use a good clean and service on the knobs and buttons. Does not look like it was ever out of the box. Also has built in voltage converter for European use.

Has never being mounted. USPS priority, USPS standard post, FedEx ground home delivery, ups ground.

While the unit is immaculate the box is solid but covered in tape. When I find the unit, I will discount it 20 to the winner of this item if you are interested. Includes two original fuses.

I am still looking for the Burwen Research NF 1201a noise filter among my dad's belongings. Once the unit is purchased, I will direct you to a site where you can view the operation and calibration instructions. I am pretty certain it is somewhere because I found the manual.

If you are not happy, I am not happy. Comes with original box including original packing material and plastic protective bag. Smoke and pet free home. Mint Burwen Research transient noise eliminator tne 7000A.

When you plug it in the appropriate light comes on. Not a mark on it.

I am sure he used it but you can not tell. User manual is missing.
