All multi-pin connectors, cable and terminating panel are included in the package. These units have had the batteries replaced, and should be good for several years of successful operation. For a lot of folks in pro-audio, that's all they need to hear.

Many units sold on have not been serviced. As such, it has a European phoenix type connector which is awkward for pro-audio road applications. Offer is for a pair of Peavey CEX-5L digital processors electronic crossovers mounted in an aluminum framed road case. These units, are small rack mount derivations from that series of designs.

These are fully operation units, not as is for parts only.

You can use any configuration with two inputs and four outputs: two-way stereo, three way, or three-way sub-woofer adjustable band width . There is adjustable maximum band width capability on each output, as well any crossover frequency desired. They were taken out of service because a major system reconfiguration. The rear panel connector mates to a an approximately 4 foot multi-pair cable with multi-pin connectors on each end.

These units were lightly used, and are very clean, in excellent operating condition. The CEX-5L was part of Peavey architectural acoustics line and designed primarily for permanent installations. The outputs are via a 37-pin gecko multi-pin connector with gold plated pins. There is a single Hubble power input connector which supplies ac to both units.

A copy of the Peavey manual is included. And they made a line called architectural acoustics which sells in stadiums other massive installations, for serious bx. Also included, are limiters on every output, adjustable for differing amplifier input sensitivities. Input and output levels are fully adjustable, metered with led's.

And it does with considerable grace: these units feature 20 bit parallel processing which gives your audio output plenty of sparkle, life, 'air. This cable connects to another gecko multi-pin connector on a 2-rack space panel with wires power amps, and output XLR's. This package originally sold for unit literally replaces a rack full of eq's, compressors limiters, signal processors and crossovers. There are two drawbacks on these units, and I want to address them both: first of all, the Peavey name is.
