Like new: unused tool has never been used, may or not have paper work box. Music gear is packed with 2 to 4 of padding insure safe transit. For units that require them unless they are on the tool already.

Tools with cases are packed tightly around case, padding added inside if needed.

Excellent: the tool shows some light signs of use, works perfectly and still looks very good. Near new: used a few times but still looks great.

Still looks OK and guaranteed to work. Item weighs 15 pounds. Nib: new in box - just what it says original box, packing, and paper work, like from the store.
