If there is ever an issue with a product being sold, it is always disclosed up front to the best of my knowledge. Fully functional, there is not a crackle, scratch or anywhere along the rotation of the pots or switches on this eq. No rash on this unit, it is clean.

Please look at the photos carefully to see the condition. This has been fully tested with pink noise, and run through pro tools diagnostics plugins in real time while listened to over studio monitors. I usually ship fed ex, however the right to ship us postal or ups is reserved.
