Comes with original boxes and manual. This item is working and is in great condition.

Included in the offer is power cable, manual, and original boxes. I can not guarantee that smart card reader works because I have never used it and I don't have smart media card to see if it works.

I only ship within the USA. Besides the smart card reader there should be no problem with this unit. So besides the smart card reader everything is in working order.
