They have on-board polarity, pad, and mic line switches although I did not install in.

If you want them i'll add either trs or XLR lines in for 25 per channel. They are absolutely killer on low frequency sources and have been used very successfully as drum pres. I added 48v phantom power via the mini toggles you see about midway on face plate.

They are balanced in and out have huge headroom. I'm a serious fan of almost everything Ward Beck and these are no exception. You're looking at a gruning audioworks racked pair of Ward Beck M470 mic-preamps. These have had their electrolytic caps replaced and op-amps.
