The side chain response can be set to either peak or RMS response. Inputs outputs switchable for 4 dub 10 dB operation. The gate has a variable threshold and rate release which can be set to up to two seconds so even long decays will not be cut short. A side chain insert point is provided for an external equalizer for de easing or to give side chain access for ducking.
