Found this via the internet Yamaha's archives: delay-plus-reverb and modulation-plus-reverb effects. No manual, but i've posted some information on the unit below. Easy to read 2 digit led display.

From quick research, it can be used for vocals and or guitar editable presets - exceptionally easy programming. Peak leds make it easy to set the optimum input level. Equipment is functional and comes with power adapter.
