Excellent condition sound craftsman record playback audio frequency equalizer model r 2215 are in nice working condition missing one tab, I probably have it and they are cheap and easy to find to make perfect. Wood panels and overall condition as pictured is excellent, a nice fun quality working vintage equalizer.
