No manual but it can be found online. Does not affect functionality at all. Has a broken screw hole where it screws to the rack but is still easily mounted into rack. The photos are stock photos and I will post actual pictures this week.

I absolutely love this unit and hate to part with it but I bought a digital console and no longer need it. Has been in a monitor rack unit for the last 4 years and has seen maybe 10 shows total in that time. Unit has light rack rash as expected but it is in good condition.
