I purchased this thinking it was a gate, but its more for eliminating hum from guitars, pedals, consoles. Behringer snr 208 denoiser 8 channel noise reduction system - hum eliminator. Condition is used working. But like I said, thought it was a gate.

It was a silently-idling unit. I hooked this up to my consoles 8-busses, it clearly saw the signal coming through with leds responding sound levels exceeding chosen thresholds i'm not a guitar player etc. As they say in a google search for this unit you don't hear it working, just works.
