Dod SR431QX single channel 31 band graphic equalizer with balanced XLR and 1/4 connectors features single channel 31 band 1/3 octave graphic equalizer constant q filtering25mm detente slider slow cut filter at 50hz with a 12db octave slope variable input level control balanced XLR inputs and outputs balanced 1/4 inputs and impedance balanced 1/4 outputs overview the SR431QX is a single channel, 31 band 1/3 octave graphic equalizer which features constant q circuitry, housed in a single space rack. Never installed.
Works perfectly. The unit provides active balanced input and output connections, high pass filter, a bypass switch and an internal power supply. Bought a two channel unit instead.
The XLR and 1/4 trs connectors use active balanced, low noise circuitry, while the 1/4 connectors will also accept an unbalanced plug. Bought about a month ago on as a remanufactured item. Electronic switching of the bypass minimizes switching transients, such as loud pops or when the switch is depressed. The sliders are 25mm detente, with 12 db of boost and cut for each slider.
The input level control covers a wide range, thus allowing the unit to work with a variety of signal levels. No scratches at all. The SR431QX may be used in a variety of applications such as live sound, recording studios, instrument racks, as well as any conventional fixed installation environment. The SR431QX's fully shielded internal transformer provides extremely quiet operation, and multiple input and output configurations are provided for ease of use.
