The Digitech VX400 is amazing for a lot of things. Enjoy this beast. I was using it for a computer audio interface for my vocals.
It has one line in to a computer and much like a pod its reverb and compression's gains and halls are top notch. If I had to call this anything it is the recording pod for vocals I also would use it live as it gave me tremendous control over my microphone for those nights where the sound guy is terrible.
