IMAGEBACKUPS: Two portable USB backup disks are provided a new primary, and a for the primary. A solid-state drive also works well with this system, but Windows/XP doesn provide SSD optimization/trimming. Wavelab6can open and save over a dozen compressed uncompressed audio file formats. Algorithmix restoration processors are known for providing excellent results without artifacts. Of course, you should run a separate backup for any files create after start using the system.

WIBU-Key USB License Device. We found that an image restore was less problematic than other backup/restore methods, since Windows did not need re-activation, and all software USB license devices worked perfectly after. If you do install on your audio system at some point, not insert the WIBU-Key until its drivers are installed. If you re just starting out with digital audio processing, the learning curve will likely be rather long, but all printed manuals are provided.

Four #2 Philips screws are provided inside the carrier and, of course, handle drive only by sides.
