Pair of Qsc XL-1 crossovers. They can be re-wired for the opposite or completely remove external wiring and it will feed high pass to one channel on other low frequency. 24 db longways-Riley slope these are designed to plug into octal accessories on the back of Qsc series 1 and 3 amplifiers.

They can be modified to use stand-alone on their own and other amps, but you are your for this. Currently they are set to feed the low frequency outputs into via octal plug, high frequencies fed out rca cables a separate amp.
