Its is not a transparent, Swiss army knife multi-tasking type of compressor, but an aggressive tone and character piece. It has settings for input level, fast medium slow recovery speeds, clip frequency, meter zero, mode and output level. This offer is for a 1970s Gates Radio corporation solid statesman fm limiter.

It has been modified with xlr inputs and outputs in addition to the barrier strip make easier connect. Its a discrete feat limiter, i've seen described as unit of evil and I have to agree. It was also recapped within the last 5 years and tested re calibrated by our tech before removing from rack for sale. It distorts wonderfully as you increase the input and is fantastic for smashing driving tracks.
