I see a lot of them where the echo isn't working at all, this one is just very quiet. Fired it up everything works, except the echo is faint, all knobs work correctly.

I am almost certain the that replacing the felt on the tape will do the trick or even a replacement tape. Univox ec80a echo tape chamber. Look at the pictures, it is very clean, even the feet. This came from a video studio, so it has seen no travel.
